XP- disabling a Toolbar (next to the clock)

I installed Visio 2002 and it stuck a Language Bar in my Toolbar list. The problem is that it loads itself EVERYTIME i reboot, even tho i unchecked it.

How do i stop that particular toolbar from loading? or how can i remove the Visio's language bar from my toolbar list?

Right click on the Taskbar, go to Toolbars - See if the Language Bar appears in the list, if it does remove the checkmark.

yup, and it comes back checked when i reboot.

thats why i asked how do i permanently stop it?

see if it's listed under msconfig startup.
if it is then uncheck it!

look for a shortcut in your startup folder then.
if it's not there then you'll have to edit the registry to stop it from starting up.

Goto Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel. In one of the tabs, there is checkbox to show the language bar on the toolbar.
