XP cd burning problem

everytime i write a cd either using nero or the built in cd burning i get this error "Only part of the readprocessmemory or writeprocessmemory was completed" when tring to access the cds after they are burnt please help
 
Are you copying a cd? Or burning data straight from your hard drive?

Also.. what speed is your burner.. and what speed are your disk(s) rated at?



 
I remember there being an issue with Windows XP and certain CDRW drives.....don't remember exactly what the problem was though. Try the Windows Update from the start menu.
 
I used XP for a month and it's just a horrible experience. The CD works fine with my Lite-ON 12x10x40x.
Lot's of things didn't work. My suggestion is to wait until at least SP1 come.
