XP: Are Creative Labs drivers for Live! Value any good?

What will I gain with SB's drivers? I'm using XP's drivers for my Live! value.

I would say go with what works. Many users find that the XP drivers don't work, so they go with Creative's.

I updated my SoundBlaster Live Value (1st with the MS Update then with the SoundBlaster update) and now my 2 rear speakers don't work. I haven't found a correction yet.
Don't fix what ain't broken.
