XP Annoying Security Risk Bubble Notification

I have Automatic Updates turned off. Since installing SP2 or some of the other security updates, I get that annoying bubble from the security shield in the tray that tells me my computer could be as risk. I have found ways to turn off almost everything except that. Any ideas?

In Control Panel (Start -> Control Panel / or Start -> Settings -> Control Panel) Switch to classic view and go into the security center, on the left at the bottom there is an option Change the Way Security Center Alerst Me and remove the check mark from the ones that you dont want to popup
