XP Annoying Flags From Taskbar

:disgust:When I log onto the ISP thru my modem, or something from the taskbar activates,
these annoying attention flags come up. I have looked for a way to turn them off and a
friend told me how to get rid of the auto update unit in the taskbar, but the others still
remain. If someone knows how to turn this off in XP Pro, I would appreciate knowing how
to get it done.

Specifically, which "annoying attention flags" are you referring to? Different flags require different action. Won't do you any good for me to offer specific suggestions w/out knowing which issues you're dealing with.

😀Thansk toejam, that helps a lot. I use the system alone, so nobody else will be bothered by
the balloons coming up when you don't want them to.
