XP Activation Limit?

Sorry if this is a repost, but I searched through the forums and I didn't find anything about this. Anyways...I'm leaning towards getting a copy of Windows XP Professional, it's pretty cheap at NewEgg, so I started reading about activation. It sounds like it's not too big a deal, and it sounds like I can continue to use XP when I buy a new computer. My question is, is there a limited number of times I can reactivate? I upgrade fairly often, and I don't want to eventually have to buy a new copy of Windows XP with a new ID number to continue to use it. Does anyone know whether or not you can reactivate a limited number of times?

You can activate one computer over the internet. If you install it on different hardware you need to call microsoft and get a new activation code. If you reinstall on the same hardware, you can activate over the internet without any problem. MS will reactivate you as many times as necessairy if you just tell them you upgraded your computer.

Also, you won't trigger reactivation unless you change 6 of the signature generating hardware components if you don't upgrade your NIC, or 4 if the NIC is different from when you originaly activated, or if you don't have a NIC in that computer.
