XP-90C corroding?

Received it today......open the box and inspected it and come to find out it looks like its corroding. Looks like its on the heat pipe and spreaded to the fins. Does copper corrode and spread?? Should I RMA it?

 
It might be corrosion, but I'd be more worried there was a pinhole in one of the heatpipes and the material inside is seeping out. I would RMA it.

yea... i cant tell from the pic but could be a poor solder job...check it if its solder ir something else
 
not sure if its solder or corrosion....I guess I should just rma it anyways, since a brand new part shouldn't be like that anyhow.
 
I don't see any green, so I'd say it's solder. Also, it takes time for corrosion. My AX-7 is just now starting to get some corrosion.
