Those 2 do not go in the same sentence. High-peformance fans are not quiet. It is arguable that the best balanced fan would be a 92mm Panflo.

However I prefer getting 3 bladed Deltas from places like
www.sidewindercomputers.com

For an OC'ed P4 like that w/XP-90 I'd go with H1BX Panaflo. 57 CFM for 35 dB of noise. Everyone's different, but for me, 35 dB is already kind of annoying, get much higher and I start to tear my hair out. Personally I'd get an XP-120 to cool off a big P4 OC like that, but since you already have the 90, look into the H1BX. Good noise/output ratio on it.

which fan should i get?

Panaflo 92mm Hydro Wave Bearing H1A High Volume Case Fan (BX) with RPM Sensor ,

antec tornado or just Zalman ZM-F2 92mm Case Fan ?

Get the Panaflo, if its too loud for you hook it up to your mobo 3-pin connector and use Speed Fan to lower the RPM of the fan.
