XP 64 RC2 Availability?

I've seen all the news on XP Pro 64 bit as being released to beta testers yesterday. However, it appears from what I've been able to discover so far that it is only available to MPC members. When you go to the XP 64 MS website and do all the registration garbage to get the email for the download, you end up with RC1/Build 1289. It seems RC2 is Build 1453 or something. Is there any way for a regular geek to get the download or does it require some special type of MS account or membership (or money)? Thanks for any info on this.
