Which one is faster?

CRAP, Socket A 3100+ for some reason I was thinking XP at the time.

I assume you meant the S754 Sempron 3100+. There's no contest--the 3100+ is simply an A64 2800+ with half the cache and no 64-bit or NX. This should still easily beat an XP 3200+ in just about everything. You may as well just spend the $5 extra for an A64 2800+, though.

look here, they don't make a sempron 3200+.

If you meant sempron 3100+, then that is much better than the 2700+. Its not even worth considering the 2700+.
