xp 2500 cpu

Does anyone know why my cpu is showing the l2 cache as 64k only? I know that they come as 512k and 256k stock. Mines is supposted to be 512k stock. I checked with cpu-z and that's the reading that I get. I dunno what's wrong. I have an Abit nf7-s rev. 2.0 board and am overclocking it to 2.2Ghz. Even when I put all the settings back to stock xp2500 cpu settings, it still says the same thing. Anyone know how to fix this? I would appreciate some feedback. Thanks!!

The Barton core if I remember right is 512K,otherwise it would be 256K. 64K is what the Level 1 cache is and the L2 should show as 256 or 512. Any jumpers on the mobo set wrong??
