I just received my XP 2000 From Newegg late this morning. The motherboard identified it
properly... I was shocked, but it was a good thing. I looked at my frequency settings
and my BIOS show multipliers from 9 clear to 15. This rocks I think. I have one little question.
On Athlons if the CPU is multiplier locked my mobo BIOS won't let me change these settings?
I think this is acurate but I can't remember for sure. My Mobo is an Epox 8KHA+. I plan on
letting my new CPU burn in for 72 hours before I start playing with bios settings.

Correct. The cpu must be unlocked in order to allow for multiplier adjustments. Although the bios shows other multiplier settings, it shouldn't allow you to select them.
