XIGMATEK BATTLE-AXE VD964...$24.99....cool your new gpu!

I've got a couple of S1's myself, but the price on the Xiggy is decent considering it includes 2 x 92mm fans. It would probably work pretty well passively too, cutting down the height a bit. It looks to cool things down pretty well at full tilt boogie, maybe good for max OC.

S1 seems to be better from SPCR, I think the downside for S1 is you have get your own fans/ buy that add on set. Xig has the fans included in the package. I owuld personally just stick a 120mm on the S1 for the active cooling.

NO WAY! This cooler already eats up three slots (4 including the PCIEX slot). Unless you have an 8 slot motheboard, you cant crossfire.

While it performs superbly, from a usability standpoint, our experience with the product was primarily negative. It's not often that mounting hardware gives us so much trouble in the lab, and even rarer for a screw mount to actually break... twice! It was simply a pain to install and uninstall, and we were afraid we would not be able to finish testing. The weak ramsink adhesive was also inexcusable.

Hmm.... I was waiting for the new accelero Twin Turbo but I hate my current 4850 stock fan (so noisy)... Any thoughts?

same here. I got tired of waiting and started looking for an alternative. Found this Xigmatek, but decided it'd take up a little too much space covering all my pci-e slots. 🙁 So i opted for this Zerotherm
Unfortunately, it won't be at my house till Monday.
