This is a smoking hot deal. For those wishing to go crossfire with an existing HD5850, it's all you need. Note, however, that even for the relatively frugal 5850 you're still talking about a ~120w increase at load over a single card, close to GTX480 levels. Hence the need for a 650w PS.

You can also get the HD5850 without the power supply for $181 after rebate/shipping, but for just $18 more, you get the power supply. It's a seasonic-built unit and gets generally very good reviews.

I posted this in the Hardforums last night. I do not even need either but I bit. I have increased my gaming time on my HTPC so I been wavering on getting a new card anyway. Figure I can sell the PSU, trade out my 5770 and sell it, use my remaining $20 NewEgg gift cert and come out pretty close to breaking even after I get my rebates.

About 5-10% faster than a 460 1GB. At the same price, it's the better card.
