I actually found the last one of these cards in my city.

It is $146.99 plus tax and a good 1 hour round trip.

I currently have a 1GB 4850 which has served me well, but I would like a little more power in BC2 (to turn on AA, etc).

I can probably get $80 for my current card - I am just trying to decide if it is worth it and I don't want to end up with a lemon of a card.

My 4850 is the passive cooled Gigabyte card and it has been perfectly stable and reliable - not to mention quiet. I am not ready to jump into a 5870.

I don't really plan on OCing the card, but I don't like to buy stuff that has been built on the cheap.

Also, the sku is deactivated and I can't see the reviews on the BB site.

The card is on hold for me for 24 hours - I thought it was a no brainer, but the comments here have me worried.
