Definitely not bad cause you should be able to sell COD4 for $10 or so.

this card is known to be annoyingly loud, lacking fan control. A better alternative would be GTS 250 for $33 AR at TD (you don't get free COD4, which is kind of old).

GTS 250 is tempting, but while XFX has been excellent on rebate deals, I had to pester MSI to get paid.

I didn't have any problem getting 10 MSI rebates in the last 2 years. It might not be the fastest, but it always came through.
