I just got a refurbed XFX ti4200 from newegg for $85. However, one of the fins on the fan has completely snapped off and is nowhere to be seen. It sounds just like an unbalanced cetrifuge, or... a lawn mower I guess. My entire case a resonating. I'm thinking about trying to super glue on a beebee where the fin was. The fan is made of some chrome looking metal so I thought that might work. Would a cheap/decent replacement fan be a better idea? Any better repair ideas? thanks

I'd contact newegg and send it back because if you remove it and have problems in the future with it you wont be able to send it back, esp since its a refurb. If you don't want to RMA it you can get the TT GF4 copper cooler from SVC or the vantec iceberg pro

If you don't mind spending a little money you could get a Zalman ZM80 type heatsink, or another replacement-type GPU sink/fan.
