Link to the eVga 6800 128MB version
The XFX version have 350/1000 clocks, which ='s full 6800GT clocks. Of course its missing 8 pipes and a shader. Edit: It uses the XT core which = 's 8x pipes. But you can most likely get a successful unlock to 12x pipes. Its also has the same 6800GS memory clocks, but of course it is a 100mhz or so lower on the core and 8x pipes. Normal 6800 cores will only do about 400mhz or so on average. So, I guess it won't get GT/GS clock speeds. But it is fast in its own right. Will pretty much kill a 6600GT unless it is a very 'core speed' sensitive game.
The eVga is a stock clocked 6800 only. Nothing more to say except it is 128MB instead of 256MB like the xFx card is. But has 12x pipes.
Hopefully this will be considered a good deal to someone.
