Yup same here.. delay email again. Worst thing is, I can't even get their CSR to cancel the order. "Our system is down". Grrrr....

We must receive your consent to continue with this order with the revised estimated ship date above. If we do not receive your consent and your order has not already shipped, the FTC requires that we automatically cancel your order and issue a refund of any amount paid.

Right. We'll all should be getting a phone call today from Dell asking if we want to cancel or not.

Is anybody really surprised with the continued delays? Dell did not work hard to get a 1/2 year rating of 2.39/10 at resellerratings.com for no reason.

If I really needed this card it wouldn't be so comical. I was tempted to get the $299 GTS but I'm not the world's most avid gamer and would rather spend the extra $100 on something else. Since I recently built a new system I'd like to add a decent card at a decent price. In the mean time, the new MB's built-in Geforce 6100 handles my 21" CRT for non-gaming stuff. However I'll really need the new card when I step up to a new 24" LCD like I'm planning. Guess that'll just have to wait until Nvidia fills the pipeline again.

Good luck to everyone on finally getting the card you want.

I'll be pretty ticked if my EPP order is canceled, since I used a concession coupon...obviously, I'd demand another, but somehow I doubt they'll give me two despite the double hassle.

They just canceled all the MSI orders, this one could be next.

Just talked to a Dell CS couple hours ago, my MSI order isn't cancelled.

Who says they cancelled "all the MSI orders?"

Them aholes told me all the the msi orders had been canceled.
That was a dell csr I talked to.

Mine's still showing as being shipped on 12/28 (second delay). In fact today I had both a phone call and an email to accept the delay. I don't mind waiting at this price, but I'll be a tad pissed if I missed out on yesterday's $299 GTS while expecting a GT at $208.

Come on Dell, this isn't rocket science. Give us a firm answer!

Mine was cancelled tonight even though I had told them not too.

I love how their e-mail does not tell you how to "accept the delay" on their website. There is no "Accept" button anywhere in my order status. I sent them an e-mail saying I still wanted the order and then they called me to ask again.

I bet these get canceled.

I am going on a Dell strike for the next year. I know it will not do much but they can kiss my ass.

RGN- how'd you end up doing that?

They were on sale last week for $237.99 or something and there was a 10 or 12% off coupon floating around. They are back up to $280+ this week.

mine still shows the estimated ship date as yesterday, got a scripted email yesterday saying my new ship date was the 28th, when did you guys originally order, mine was on the 4th

I have to say never seen a company selling empty order like Dell, they are like the old mail order scammers that take enough order w/o any inventory before making their order to the manufacture.

I ordered on 11-26 and was cancelled yesterday. After being promised overnite shipping,a $25 credit, and on the 19 being told they will bump up the priority only to have it cancelled on the 20th. Called again and was told the same BS as they been giving me for 2 weeks............
I am done with Dell. PERIOD!
Got mine at BB and lost the PayPal money back deal but I have my card.

unfortunately whatever I get has to be through Dell, I made a deal with my Wife that any money I got for Xmas we could put into savings, on the condition I could use her Dell account to order my PC parts, my Bday's a month after xmas, and was planning on getting more stuff for that (new case, bigger HDD's, aftermarket CPU cooler) so maybe I'll be able to finally put the bastard together in another month-ish.

Will watch my email like a hawk for anything that even smells like a cancellationr request, if they don't meet their delayed ship date will definitely raise a fuss with CS, even if they are in Bangalore, at the very least should get overnight shipping, even if it's their version of business as usual.

This is completely changing my opinion of Dell,

I work in IT and all the techs here including myself are DCSE Dell Self Repair certified, meaning we can order whatever we need from Dell and are certified to diagnose and install hardware without an ok from tech support at Dell or voiding the warranty.

I'm so used to going to their warranty parts site and ordering an optiplex part at 3pm then finding it sitting on my desk the next morning.

and just a few weeks ago our Cat decided to make my wife's laptop power adapter into a chew toy, and we had a replacement within 48 hours.

It's really depressing that the company I rely on professionally on a daily basis, can fall so flat on it's face when I want something personally for myself without even a hint of apology.
