So, I'm getting an Asus PC-DL and a pair of 1.6GHz Xeon's. Can someone recommend a pair of good / quiet heatinks+fan combos. Hopefully, I'll be able to get some OC action going on. 🙂

Pretty much the definitive Xeon 603/604 heatsink is the Swiftech MCX603-V.

I use them on my dual xeon system and they aren't bad.

Also, for additional reference, check the forums at 2cpu.com.
 
Check eBay for people selling the stock Intel HS/fans or windtunnels. Other than this you might hve to buy the Swifttechs as there are not too many aftermarket Xeon HS/fans. Compgeeks used to sell some Socket 603/604 units made by Spire for about $15, check and see if they still have some.
