Xenon Lights at WTC (WOW)

"I'm sure it has a greater effect if your able to see it first hand. "

I'm sure, the pictures probably don't do it justice.

OT, are they going to re-air the 9/11 special that was on Sun night on CBS? PM me if you have a download link or any info

amazing...

although I do have a question... in picture 4 what is that "thing" in the air to the left of the lights?

LMAO! ... But he does have a good point, I didn't even notice that before.

Wow, are they taken from libery state park right across the hudson there? I was up there a few weeks ago to attend a Network Security seminar at the Science center there, i was really really early (like 6am) and decided to chill out at the park for a few. I parked somewhere that looked like it had the same view where those pics were taken.

<< I'm in Queens and it looked really lame and just pathetic here from my rooftop. Guess you need to be close. >>

That's cuz of all that damned pollution in the city...

Maybe the same thing that can be seen more clearly in pic 9? Not that I know WTF that could possibly be.

#4 appears to be a piece of dust/hair/whatever that was on the print when it was scanned. Its light colored so its safe to assume it wasnt on the negative.

Considering the long exposure time needed for those shots, it could be anything like a plane or a helicopter or some dust even
