XCOM: UFO ENFORCER OR ALICE ENFORCER

Hey, as a fan of the XCOM series, weren't they making a 3rd Perspective game ala

ALICE,
MAX PAYNE,
TOMB RAIDER

sort of game, I can't remember the title.

Anyone have any links or news about this?

I have Enforcer, I found it a moderately enjoyable blastfest (in the style of gauntlet) with some good nostalgia (recreations of old xcom maps in 3d) and nifty weapons. Well worth it if you can find it for a good price. They canceled the more complicated xcom project.

XCom was an awesome series. I played the first one "UFO Defense" and "XCom Apocalypse". I liked the realtime action in Apocalypse. I haven't played any of the new ones though, they weren't popular at all, and from what I read in reviews it didn't seem worth the money.
