Is there anywhere I can view all the available gamer pictures I can get?

I have tried xbox.com marketplace section, and it works fine, only thing it doesn't show them all (or they just haven't updated it properly, because there's packages listed in XBOX360 Live, which isn't in xbox.com).

While at the other side of the table, XBOX360 Live doesn't show the gamer pictures before you buy the package (so effectively you don't know what you're buying).

Anyone have a way of overcoming it? Cheers.
 
Most of the pics you can download have previews through the Marketplace tab when you're on your Xbox... it may take a second for them to download but they show up decently. There used to be a third party site that showed them all (themes and pics) but it got too much to handle for the dude so he closed up shop.
 
Where is the previews at Modeps? I was in the Marketplace and all it showed were banners with a couple small samples in that banner (like an image). Either I'm looking in the wrong area, otherwise it would have been usual for that guy to reopen his shop.

That's it. Usually there are 1-4 gamerpics in one download and they are in that banner.
 
A vast majority are on xbox.com. Just go to the Xbox Live Marketplace section and work your way through there. I've found that not all of them are on there, though.

But please, don't spend the $1-$3 on these things.

Yep that's my point, some are on xbox.com marketplace but not all of them, it isn't very public to see what you're paying for in Live (unless it is on xbox.com). Which is abit strange.

I don't mind sacrificing a few gamer points if I knew what I was getting is something I wanted, not a surprise package 🙂
 
The only gamerpics I've paid for were ones from some old NHL 06 game for like 40 points because I wanted a New York Rangers logo. It was pretty self-explanatory what I'd be getting in that pack, so I'm not much help to you.

I have accumulated a lot of free ones over the last six months. Just keep going into the marketplace and checking the "Free Stuff" tab and maybe there will be something there that you like. The recently free Rock Band pics were pretty nice.
 
I've only bought 3 or 4 gamer pics and themes since I've had my XBox - two pirate themed gamer pic packs, the shark theme and the shark pics.
