so i have the red ring of death. watched llama and did everything... did 2 xbox's at once, one worked one didn't. the one that didn't the fan does not turn on and i can not feel it getting warm to melt the solder so i can tighten it down... but it flashes the 3 rings. ? any thoughts..

o and the fan starts right at first then stops.
