although it would put your safety at risk, if he already has 4 outstanding warrants for his arrest, any responsible citizen would turn him in. (just make sure you have a gun by the time he gets out of jail, if ever)

oh, and collect any reward money, like 1-800-CRIMESTOPPERS and that should cover the xbox, and shiny new glock

i would say cops. but i doubt they do anything. cops never do anything unless someone's dead already. thats just how they are.

Get the address. Get his name. Look for it online. Don't be a tool, get it back immediately.

I knew this one guy that stole my James Bond 007 game for N64.

That was about 6? years ago, 4 years after the incident, his tires got slashed. Since then, his tires have been slashed 4 more times, costing him well over the cost of a James Bond 007 Game. Don't fuckwit the irish..
And after living with the guilt for eight long years, the friend whose tires weren't slashed finally comes clean. 😕

Cops will not do anything if all he took was an xbox
3 guys broke into my house and took my Xbox, gamecube, DVD player, a few gold chains (over $1000 in value), a leather jacket, a cell phone and a pager.
I knew who did it, had two witnesses who saw them with a gym bag trying to sell the stuff. I called the cops, explained the situation, and they said they were gonna look into it. Never heard anything from them. I've seen the thieves since, and nothing's happened to them, they don't even realize that I know they did it.

So true. I had some stuff stolen once: 2 guitars, 4 track and a pedal. I knew who did it. Called the cops, and they said they couldn't do anything without 'proof'. Went over at some pawn shops, gave the people there informaiton about our stuff if someone tried to pawn it, but we found out later from a squealer that they pawned the stuff out of town.

Needless to say, I'm still heart-broken, and very ****ing angry.

I would call the cops anyway. Sigh

I did call the cops. But what constitutes "proof". He did admit to doing it, but not to me or my sister. But my sister's good friend's cousin (you see the chain is a little long and confusing).

My sister never did confront him, why? Because she couldn't find him. She sort of knows the area of where he lives but doesn't know where exactly. So when she went to that area she couldn't find him.

BUT, maybe if we go to that area again she could spot him or his place or something. We may take a little road trip.

Anyway, I have been searching on the internet without much luck.
This is the info I have
Eli Ferguson
Anchorage, Alaska.
African-American
18-22

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!

No it is not. She knows the vicinity, and actually she knows within three or four apartments which one is his.

So she knows what apartment complex. And she could tell the general area of the complex of which one he lives in. You think the cops can do anything with that?

OK. Just trying to help. Yes, you should give the info about your sister, her friend, and the guy who was with her to the cops. It sounds like you have a link to the person who heard the confession, and someone in that crowd has to know where to find the guy. Be sure to tell the cops the part about the guy liking to sleep with guns. No sense in any of them getting hurt by not being warned.

Good luck.

This is why those same pawn shops sell snub-nosed revolvers. 🙂

I found this bastard.

I went to the Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend's Website. Downloaded the address/name database.

He may not live at this address anymore but I confirmed it was him. My sister's good friend verified that everyone else at that address is his family.

Elijah D Fergerson
930 Karluk St Apt 1
Anchorage, AK 99501

This isn't where he lives anymore but this is a huge help. I guess the guy was just in jail for stealing some girls home theater system.

Time to call the cops again. He's going to jail.
