Can anything be done at home when you turn on the Xbox and get a message to
call support because the system needs service? Has anyone experienced this?

My kids play the machine, so I?m not sure what they might have done.

 
hmmm, never heard of that one. try the forums here. those guys are like xbox witches and know a crapload about the systems. good luck. i feel for your kid.
 
Will do. I'm at work now and my Admin has tight security on Internet so I can't access
the site you gave, but I will try at home and let you know.
