xbox question

so, i've ordered a widescreen hdtv, and i have an xbox. unfortunately, the hidef pack is not available in india, so i only have svideo out from my xbox. just wondering if svideo can output in widescreen format ( i know i t can't do hd). Thanks 🙂

Sure it can do widescreen format. Why don't you order the HDTV pack online and have it shipped to you? It's not very heavy and I wouldn't imagine it costing too much to ship.

Im sure there might be someone on Ebay willing to ship to you.

you can set the xbox bios setting to widescreen, however you'll have to use your TVs stretching option to stretch the image out to fill the screen. If you use the component inputs, it'll do it right automatically.

Just tell them you want to pay by cashier's check but you sent a check that was for too much. They will cash it for you and send the difference back to you via western union.

but will the resulting image with the stretched svideo show everything in the game stretched, or as it should be (widescreen)?
