XBOX will drop in price tomorrow the 15th. Microsoft upped the date after being upended by sony today. Should be reflected at all stores in the morning!!!😀
 
In addition 6 titles will drop to $29.99 as well. Don't know the title bt expect them to be the greatest hits type titles...😎
 
This SEEMS true since I've seen a couple of xbox games drop sporadically (SP?). Like Gunvalkyrie which is a little new but is already down to $29.99 price cut at Target.

I just stocked up on accessories today @ KB Toys: official MS controllers and DVD kit for 50% off (as mentioned in another thread). Now all I need is the console! 🙂

Please keep us posted on which retailers might be offering the best packages/deals tomorrow.
 
I just brought a XBOX from BB B&M and the sales told me they are going to drop the price next week and told me to wait. I told him I know and I'll getting the 110% price difference which is around $10.00 if Microsoft drop XBOX to $199.99. BTW I was able to PM with KB Toys for a couple of Microsoft Controller S (Smaller) control for $19.99. FYI KB Toys is have a special promo 50% XBOX accessories but KB Toys currently does not carry the Controller S at least the one I went didn't.

If Microsfot is going to drop the price tomorrow I would suggest buying the XBOX tonight at BB take it back tomorrow and save an extra $10 with their 110% price guarantee.

If the hacking rumors prove to be true, and a little more progress can be made, this could be the best way to spend 200 bucks!

Imagine a cheap DivX player for your TV? Developing your own games, perhaps? Heck, maybe even Linux on an Xbox! What an unholy alliance that would be!

xbox has a hard drive, ethernet built in, a nvidia geforce 4 (basically)...

you have to buy a hd, ethernet adapter for ps2....

I was just at Media Play buying a PS2 and they offered me an Xbox at $199, stating that they just lowered their price to match. Also as noted all controllers and such have dropped $10 for the PS2, dunno about the Xbox.
