show me a pc game that comes even close to what they demo'ed with Munchs Oddysee and the Malice demo and then maybe i wont beleive the hype...

and the fillrate of the Ultra is only 1 Gigapixel/sec not 4
 
Dude neither of them have a fill rate of 4 gigapixels/sec. The Xbox will likely have 1, same as the GF2u. However, it has 4 texture units, while the GTS has 2, so it will have a texel fill rate of 4 gigatexels/sec. It also is supposed to have some hardware HSR, and a much more powerful T&L unit. Will it be 3x as fast? We'll have to see. Especially in triple or quad texturing situations. While some of their specs may be BS, the system will be amazing.
