I want to cancel my Xbox Live account, but when i try to do it with the xbox, i get a message saying "your account could not be canceled at this time, please try again later or call the number in the xbox live manual." I was wondering if anyone has been able to cancel through their xbox, or if this message comes up on purpose to force you to call and have them try to convince you to stay.
