XBOX Live problem !

Not sure if this is right forum but oh well. Today I was playing NFL Fever 2003 on live and I was in a game and a person on my friends life invited me to join his game so I selected to leave my current game and join his. As soon as I did that my xbox just froze and buzzing came from my speakers. Now whenever I try to play a game on xbox live my xbox just freezes 🙁 If I try to go to my friends list in a game it either says my friends list is unavailable or it freezes. If I try to access my friends list from the xbox boot up screen in my live settings it freezes there too. I don't have a modchip in my xbox or anything like that so Im not banned from live. Im a little confused and pissed off. Any ideas?

Hi before I called I thought I would double check the xbox.com website (it was down earlier, or wouldnt load for me). To my surprise I found this. Looks like this will solve my problem.

Could someone possibly add me to your xbox live friends list to fix my problem? I can't get a hold of any of my friends to help me. My name on xbox live is MallFoley .
