Probably, depending upon your ISP.
If your ISP authenticates using MAC address, you'll have to enter your PC's MAC address in the XBL setup.
Not a big deal to do, actually.

And this will keep you from having to buy more hardware right now.

You could also put a 2nd NIC in your PC and use ICS to share the connection.
But I don't recommend this...tends to add lag and make you more likely to drop from games.

That what I do using. No problems since August.

yeah I got it setup today, everything works fine. I need to reset the modem when I plug the pc back in but no big deal.
