Xbox keeps rebooting

My xbox has been working great for the past couple of month, and yesterday when I used it the xbox worked fine. But today for some reason the xbox keeps restarting. It's about to load the dashboard and then it just restarts. The only modification I made to the xbox was to install linux on to it using the MechInstaller method. The xbox was never opened and none of the hardware is modified. The only thing different I did with it yesterday was that I unplugged it for a couple hours because I moved it into another room. Any ideas whats wrong?????

So did you just do the mod, or was it working with the mod fine until recently.

If you just did the mod, you fvcked it up.

If the mod is recent you might've messed it up.

Otherwise I'd check that the really thin cooling fan is running....could be overheating....

Sounds like your TSOP exploit got fvcked up somehow. Not a lot you can do now except buy an actual modchip.

Are the lights on the eject button flashing weird/different colors?

try using a boot disk (or even a retail game disk) instead of allowing it to boot using the HD.
