I'm afraid I believe you're the one under the rock considering you didnt read the thread title that says "XBox". Yes, almost everyone that owns a PS2 has one or both of these games, but the double pack is the version released for XBox, and for XBox owners, the only way to get their hands on the game.

So for a new release that is actually 2 HOT games in 1, this is an uber-hot deal IMHO. Thanks OP

ditto. got GTA for $40 and Lebowski for $10...not bad. shipping was ~$5.30 for just GTA and ~$5.80 for GTA + the DVD.
