An online fight led to an in-person attack for a young man in Oakley, and he ended up with nearly two dozen stab wounds.

This stabbing all started with a conversation on an Xbox Live headset that allegedly set a 17-year-old off, not with a joystick, but with a real knife and gun.

Typical, I figured ATOT would like this. Looking at the vid it pays to have a little weight in a stabbing attack 🙂

That friend left the headset behind, then suddenly entered Kemp’s front door. He reportedly pushed his way past Kemp’s mom, knife and gun in hand.

seriously what the fuck is wrong with kids these days.

Wow. He's lucky he didn't get shot in the head. Jeez.

Good that the 17 year old attempted murderer will be tried as an adult, though.

The guy was probably used to that COD 1 hit kill knife melee. I can imagine the WTF look on his face after the third or fourth stab.

I wasn't even going to read the article until I read your post. Jeez, do these places even pretend to have editors these days? It's pitiful.

Reading AP tagged stories these days is a crap shoot. I'm not sure if humans or bots are writing most of the copy, but they all seem to be at the third grade level or lower, with nonsensical references thrown in for good measure. D:
