Yeah...I have to admit, if there's any company on the planet that could ever make or produce a billion zillion gamillion units in a few months, I could think of no other company than Microsoft to pull off such a feat.

Of course, let's just hope all the machines pass their Q/A tests while none get skipped or passed up that are actually defective! :p

What the hell kind of manufacturing facilities does Microsoft own in the first place? I always figured if they ever had to liquidate their assets it really wouldn't amount to too much; maybe a couple CD factories and that's it.

Did they outsource the manufacture of the PS2 and the 360? Surely they didn't build the assembly plants in that short amount of time. I, though, have no doubt that they will meet the sales numbers for this console.

I'm sure they have bought out warehouses and/or manufacturing plants to make their steep production goals. I'm sure they are running everything to the maximum capacity at their original Xbox fabs and at their 'rented' or whatever production places. :p

Hey, it's Microsoft we're talking about here! I'm sure the company's money bags are merely a freakin' continuum and never really end. :D
