Xbox 360 Warranty Repair turn around time?

Well my 1st shipment 360 crapped out, but M$ is going to cover it under warranty (I guess they extended it). However, Splinter Cell comes out this week and Gears of War is less than a month. I am expecting my pre-paid box soon, but what is the typical turn around time to get a replacement?

Has anyone bought one and returned it once they got theirs back to hold them over? 🙂

My 360 went via UPS 3 day last Tuesday

I would bet that I should have it back by tne end of this week.

When I did mine back in March, the total turnaround time from when I called MS support to when I received my new 360 was a week and a half.

ok, not bad. guess i will avoid "renting" one from a store 🙂

I called tuesday(oct 10) and haven't recieved my return box yet. How long should I expect that to take?

That's odd. They usually ship it overnight. You should have it by now.
