I'm going to buy mine in 2 weeks so I want to know what demos come on the Hard drive by default.

Also, is it possible to download demos form the net on your computer, burn it to dvd, then install on the xbox
 
No, you can't download demos to your PC and burn it to DVD. Easier to download them straight to the 360 anyways. They're free anyways.
 
Ah, if you had asked this a few days ago I would have been able to tell you. I just bought a 360 myself and it came with a bunch of demos, at least for Xbox Live Arcade games. I know Geometry Wars and Assault Heroes demos were on there, as well as a couple of Pop Cap ones. It also has a full version of Hexic HD (a puzzle game sort of like Bejeweled). But I sort of went nuts looking at (and deleting) demos the night I got it, so I don't really remember which came with it and which didn't.

That said, I seriously doubt there's any way of installing XBLA demos without just downloading them directly on the Xbox. In fact, I doubt there's any way of even downloading them unless you're using an Xbox connected to Xbox Live.
 
Wouldn't it be great if you made a new thread for every 360 question you had??!!

After all, questions about the 360 are WAY too big to fit into one thread.

All, not most. The only restriction is a sometime time restriction (a week or two) on Silver members.
