are you kidding me? that game was horrid!
Personally, I've never played the original, so I have no idea what the hype is all about. But I can tell you that you are definitely in the minority. Everyone seems to love the original to no end.

That being said, I hear PDZ really embraces co-op, so I'll definitely be getting it.

RPGs take time....I don't see how any GOOD RPG could come out before the end of 2007 for the Xbox2...not that I'm getting one anyways 😉 If I get one, it'll be called a "PS3" since nothing the Xbox offers me now or in the future seems desirable.

That and I want to pass my classes 😉

Im having second thoughts as well. Because one, I just bought a 7800gt, second, I bought a L90D+, three my computer owns, four, you have to pay to play online with xbox, 5 it costs 400 buckaroonies,6, I dont have an HDTV, 7, games are madd expensive. But...I can play with friends with split screen and stuff, and some games only come out for 360 like PDZ and PG3. The games I really want are going to be on PC aswell. I really want Oblivion, UT2007,Gears of War(will be on PC after), COD2.

It's also that 99.9999% of the time the good console RPGs are made in Japan, so it takes an extra year for the English translation and etc. to be done. PS2 had some great RPGs, X-Box was a joke to anyone that preferred thinking games to sports/racing.
I know that Nobuo Uematsu has signed up along with the original FF creator, so there should definitely be some good music in those 2 RPGs planned. I'm still skeptical though, The X-Box is an "American" system, and Americans as a whole don't enjoy RPGs sadly. When I think X-Box I think of fratboys crowding around a Madden game with beer and some sororioty skanks.

😕 No good RPGs for the Xbox360 until the end of 2007? Step away from the crackpipe. Oblivion is coming out 1st quarter of 2006 and while it may not be everybody's cup of tea it will more than likely be considered a GOOD RPG. Plus, the various Japanese RPGs developers that MS has signed should have their games out before the end of 2007.

LOL thats funny(probably has happend many of times I am sure). But I'd have to say I enjoy RPG's but I prefer them around 40 hours long not 60+ and PS2 owns all in when it comes to RPG's as I am sure PS3 will do. As for Perfect Dark it's like Halo either you like it or you don't most seemed to like it for some reason. I played through the first Halo wondering when it was gonna get good but it never really did(IMO). I was wondering why it got rated so high.

But for some reason games just doesn't appeal to many much anymore. It takes alot to get me interested. Maybe I'm getting old(23 BTW 😀 ).
