XBOX 360 Availability

I want to buy my son an XBOX 360 (premium edition), but none of the online or B&M stores in Canada seem to have them available yet.

Has anyone heard anything about when supply may start to loosen up?

The Costco in Waltham MA has had them the last couple of times I've been there, so I guess they are around now.
