XBOwners Need Help

Is my XBox One defective? When I insert a game the screen goes black and just ejects the disc. Once the disc is out, the screen comes back on.

Sometimes it does this and sometimes it doesn't. I didn't know if others were having this issue as well.

So speak up my XBOwner bruthers and help me out!

Happen with the same game or multiple ones? It certainly sounds broken.
 
Call MS its messed up, my buddy had to return his xbone because it ejected the discs whenever it wanted to. Push the eject button and half the time the game would stay in or it would eject while he was playing
 
Thanks guys. Ended up sending it in to get fixed. The rep on the phone was pretty funny, he asked if I blew into the disc drive to see if it'd work lol

No problem. I think I've got to send mine in also. Its having trouble reading brand new discs saying they are dirty or damaged and I have to power cycle it to get the games to start every time I switch discs
