xbmc gurus: what's the max. quality files that the xbmc can play?

Is there anyway for it to play 720p files? I have a sample of Heroes 720p HDTV x264 and it looks GORGEOUS on my sammy but it stutters in xbmc.

It seems like the HR version are lower in quality but xbmc plays them fine. Unfortunately, HR files have so little seeds and it doesn't look as good

Nope unfortunately the Xbox doesn't have enough juice to play HDTV TV shows, etc.

yeah, but there are a few formats that are labeled as HDTV that the xbox can still play, I know HR.HDTV.XviD is one of them but wasn't sure if there were other better out there.

HD content is too much for the 733MHz XBox CPU.

It can't play true HD but it can play HD files compressed into Xvid or Divx which is MORE than fine to me.
