Ranting is a form of complaining, and for me complaining is like therapy. Can't exactly explain the content of my rant as I was already a couple of doubles into my morning wake-up call while on staycation.
I would happily praise the manager that made me happy, but I was asked by that manager to not identify them or the store I went to. I will say, though, that I was really impressed with their desire to make me happy. I was cordial to the manager and the manager was very pleasing to me. Kudos to that manager!
BTW, when the manager offered to extend the deal to me I looked over my shoulder to my wife and said, "They are making me happy" which got her laughing. I guess she finds me as difficult as some of you.
