Is the PCI-E version as long as the AGP version?


I got a card off a trade thats supposed to be an XL. I have an AGP this one is a PCI-E however its shorter. It does come up as R430 core and 16 pipes and DDR3 memory. But i cant be sure what exact card it is.
 
Much shorter. Also there are PCIe versions that are passively cooled, making them totally silent.
 
Gigabyte. And yes, it does run hot but it's probably the most stable video card I've ever used.

Also my case cooling isn't anything exceptional.
