X800pro install issue

Hi

I recently got an x800pro vivo so i falshed it to the XT works a treat.

But my issue is when i restart my pc (i run xp media center edition) it tries to find the drivers for the card again yet they are already installed.

Another issue i have is in Day of defeat i get 60-70 fps yet my old fx5700 piece of poo used to get 100.

And yes vsync is off.

i run a 172x lcd with it too
any help would be appreciated

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers?

Have you considered using hibernate rather than shut down?

In DoD, did you check that fps_max or max_fps is above the default of 70, and that vsync is off in the drivers _and_ the game (if you want max performance)?
