just want to know whether the file availaible through the link now is the fixed/correct version (free from error)? is this card crossfire capable? if so, which crossfire mastercard should i use with the modded x800gto2? the x800 series or x850 series?

Yes it is the fixed one ,it says so at the bottom of his 1st post highlighted in black lol

I'm not certain about your questions but I'd imagine you could burn an image in Nero express ,does it have the option to 'burn image' ? ,if so then yes.

Ref Q2 ,whether it has too or not I don't know ,but if its got one use it
I've just looked at the manual for my mates GTO & it says the extra leed must be plugged in

the gto and the gto2 have the same unlocking method? does it have to be done in the bios?

And yes the extra pipes can only be unlocked via a modded bios AFAIK

Not yet ,though their maybe one created in the next few weeks or so ,its discussion is going on in the OcUK forum atm ,only thing stopping it atm is the lack of an original bios file to pass onto locutus12
