That calculation is wrong - 118 is 43% faster than 83, not 30% or 35%.
I haven't checked the rest of the numbers but given that one is wrong there's a chance they're all wrong.

Again I made it perfectly clear what criteria I used to make the calculations. Furthermore both vendors enjoyed as much advantage as possible because I picked the highest scores in both cases.

i still stick by what i said there tho... as 1 title on a new driver means little on a title both play quite well at all resolutions. overall, they're quite comparable.
What bias might that be? An ATi bias like I've been accused of by you in the past? Or your accusation that I only back the cards I own and trash everything else?
the bias you seem to have which makes you interpret one score on one title as meaning one is "significantly" faster than the other. i can't claim to know the reason, but i can state the obvious. while they both play that title very well at the highest resolutions, certainly regarless of 30% or 43%, it's still just one title. if i see the same disparity from D3 (which most everyone, including me, has speculated would run a bit better on nv platform) i'd certainly reconsider. overall, as i stated earlier, as expected the OGL titles favor nvidia. performance is more common than not, and while this is certainly speculative, i am certain you will see performance increases from future ati driver releases.
they both perform extremely well, with both cards having performance advantages in certain titles and/or resolutions, but the only "significant" performance advantage in nv's favor is CoD, and that hardly makes the GT "significantly" better overall.
