x800 128mb vs x800 256mb. how much difference does it make?

most graphic cards comparision table only shows x800 256mb test results, but no 128mb. they differed for around 34 bucks.. and im short in money. do you think, it's worth to pay $34 for its performance difference? if there's any?

Just go with the $88.50 AR version. The X800 is just barely fast enough that you'd see a benchmark difference with 256M over 128M with eye candy enabled. But that's not very fast RAM, so the difference will be maybe 100 3dmark05 points.

It's def. not worth the price premium. Save the $34 for your next budget upgrade.

you're right v8envy. think about it again, i can get x800 128mb for 88.50 AR @ newegg.com, when x800 256mb is for 134. around $45 difference, with that I can buy one piece of 512mb DDR ram.
