is there ANY reason at all why I should install the 64-bit version of windows? Will I benifit from it any in games?

The only reason I can think of would be that you want to fool around with it. I have heard some reports that the Windows UI runs very fast under 64-bit, but I would not expect any improvement in gaming software.

No.
Not at this point.
It still needs time for drivers, games, the OS itself to be optimized and debugged before you will gain stability and performance.
