I am using an X470 Asus Crosshair VII Hero WiFi and it still gets regular BIOS updates. Over the years I've had high end boards from MSI, DFI (remember them?), Gigabyte, and Asus. The Asus boards seem to get the most regular updates for the longest amount of time. This is purely from my anecdotal experience, but this is my two cents: Asus Crosshair VIII Dark hero.

The Dark Hero would be my choice today, but for over a year now, I had the X570 Taichi, and loved it. It ticks all of your boxes, and should be quite a bit cheaper than the Dark Hero.

I just bought a 5900x from Microcenter along with the Dark Hero. RAM coming tomorrow. This is my 1st AMD build since the Core 2's released. Still can't get a GPU so sticking with my 1070 for now. I've always had good luck with ASUS boards.

I use a Tai Chi also...
But its because i value the laws of feng shui, and how thing are orientated to give me my optimal overclock, without breaking the rules of the universe. I also need that Ryzen inside sticker for an extra 5% performance boost.

No but seriously, i use a X570 Tai Chi. Its expensive for a x570 board, but it was well worth it like all ASrock Tai Chi's are .
